LamerCrew is about to start raiding again on Auchindoun, February 2012, with a brand new roster. Some old members are still raiding, but we are looking to get 20-25 new faces in the guild, and start over, to enjoy the current content and in preperation for the upcoming expansion.
We dont require much experience, but in return - we expect those raiding with us to have common sense when it comes to game mechanics, and the will to improve and polish their gear as it is, and when upgraded.

Voicechat is required, however having a mic is not.

The few requirements we do set as of now is:

• Always be on time for raids, and keep a 66%+ attendance rate.
• Have a stable connection and computer.
• Be mature, and tolerate the fact that people get angry, even tho it is just a game.
• Understanding of what 'waste of time' is, such as random afk's and dinner breaks in the middle of a raid.
• Constant aim to improve and upgrade your character, and your own knowledge in the game

This includes reading up on bosses, and listening in on voicechat when tactics are discussed or explained.

What we do not want:

• Dramaqueens
• Lootwhores
• Guildskipper
• Slackers

The guild consist of alot of people in a wide agerange, and we expect everyone to respect their fellow guildmate
regardless of age difference.

IMPORTANT - There's a couple stages which is required to make trial, then raider, and i expect everyone who's got the effort to raid - to do this as well.

• Be registered on our website
• Have your character set up in "My Character"
• Follow and use our raid planner system on the website, so everyone's got the statistics/setup readily available, when not able to log in
• Sign up/off/reserve yourself depending on your availability, for EVERY raid

Failing anything on the list above, will flag you, and eventually have you replaced in the guild completely.

First character of:

• NightElf - Rogue
• Draenei - DeathKnight
• Draenei - Warrior

to hit Honored with LamerCrew, gets 5k gold in their pocket.
If you do it within 1 week of invite, you will get 10k gold in the pocket.
Make sure to tell Squidpimp or Dumrick to add your "join date" in note, so it is all fair :)

This goes for all players, not just from guild, but outsiders as well.

So, since it's kind of hard to recruit players on TH, due to the everdying alliance side, especially recruiting and keeping players who actually log on for raids, we've decided to move on to a new realm.

This has been a topic for over a year, but having to wait for guild-transfer, and the final drop, we've stayed and tried.

Thanks to those who's been with us on TH for so long, and thanks to new faces who tried, and we'll see you all in February on the new realm.

(No farewells to those who are staying and transferring with us tho!)

Transfer means a completely fresh start, with a clean roster, and needless to say - clean unified guild with no 'social groups' any new player would have to be concerned about.
